Our signature medium roast, Oyster Reef is a blend of USDA Certified Organic coffees from Indonesia and Central America. It produces a medium bodied cup with mild acidity and a smooth finish, and features tasting notes of chocolate, brown sugar pecans and citrus.

Our Organic Oyster Reef coffee blend supports oyster restoration. As a Direct Environmental Giveback, we donate $0.10 from every Oyster Reef item sold to the Oyster Recovery Partnership (ORP) to support their oyster restoration efforts. ORP's mission is to lead the conservation of the native oyster in the Chesapeake Bay and beyond through oyster restoration, shell recycling, conservation, and sustainable fishery practices.
