Walk-In Shopping:

Our roasting facility is open Monday through Friday from 12pm until 6pm.

We appreciate your patience when visiting:

• Since we also operate a wholesale business, we may be on the phone or helping someone else when you stop by. 
• Some coffees are ground or packed to order and may require a little extra time. 
• If you are short on time or have an extensive order, we suggest placing an online order for Wednesday pick-up so our team can plan accordingly and fill it in a timely manner.
• Walk-in shopping is for packaged coffee and merchandise. We are currently unable to sell beverages from our space.

• Local Pick-Up is available every Wednesday unless otherwise noted. 
• Chesapeake Coffee Roasters Roasting Facility. Located at 2100 Concord Blvd. Ste. J Crofton, MD 21114 - Get Directions
• 2pm until 6pm
• The cut off time to place your order for Wednesday pick-up is Tuesday at 5pm.
• A team member will be on site to monitor the pick-ups and help if necessary.  
• If you placed an order and are unable to come and pick up your coffee please contact us at orders@chesapeake.coffee so we can hold your order until the next available time slot or make other arrangements. 

Shipping Policies:

We charge a $7.30 Flat Rate on all Online Orders.

To our valued customers:

• We use UPS Ground as our primary shipping method, and all shipments are charged a $7.30 flat-rate shipping fee. We encourage you to keep this in mind when placing your order and consider ordering more at once. Ordering a 2.2lb bulk bag, or an extra, can not only reduce our shipping footprint but also reduce packaging & material waste and save you money on shipping in the long run.
• We cannot accept custom shipping windows; your product will be packed and shipped in the order in which it was received.
• The UPS Estimated Delivery Day Map below can give you an idea of when your order will arrive based on your location.

Please Note: UPS "Transit Days" are business days only; UPS ground does not operate on weekends. This map is intended for delivery estimates only. It does not take into consideration delays that may occur. UPS delivery schedules are occasionally affected due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods, as well as weather. Chesapeake Coffee Roasters is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by UPS. Once a package leaves the CBRC, LLC Facility, it is out of our hands.
