In Kenya coffee producing regions, there are over 700,000 small holder coffee farmers who deliver their coffee cherries to factories within the farmers’ cooperative societies for coffee processing. For this Kenya, known as Kenya AB FAQ, the coffees were carefully chosen for their cup profile from eastern, central and western parts of Kenya. The cherries are a mixed variety of SL 34, SL 28, Ruiru 11 and Batian which are grown at an altitude of 1,700 to 2,200 M and follow a fully-washed processing.
