The farm is also known for innovative fermentation and drying methods that produce special profiles. This Red Bourbon coffee is naturally processed and anaerobically fermented for 96 hours.
Since 2015 Tierra Bendita has been growing micro-lots of Cacao. The whole cacao is harvested, nibs removed, slightly roasted and separated from its butter which results in this 100% natural, single-origin cocoa powder. It is naturally rich and tangy, perfect for chocolate recipe drinks, smoothies or in baking.
Coffee Blossom Tea:
This unique tea is comprised of 100% coffee blossom flowers that are handpicked at their aromatic peak. They are dried and later gently roasted. It produces a very distinct taste with sweet notes and delicate honey properties. This is sold loose with a recommended brew ratio of 2-3 grams of tea for every 8oz of water and a two minute steep time. Adjust to your preference.
Coffee Blossom Honey:
Already one of our staple products, it is a mono-floral honey from the delicate, white coffee tree blossoms. It is hand harvested in small batches from beehives among the coffee farms at Tierra Bendita in Ahuachapán.
All items are Direct Trade products of El Salvador.
