Las Veraneras is the main coffee estate of Jorge Rubio and the Biokrop Project by Tierra Bendita. Located in the Apaneca- Ilamatepec mountain range in El Salvador, Biokrop focuses on bio-dynamic growing practices, and soil recovery using microorganisms, composting and natural fertilizers. The farm is also known for innovative fermentation and drying methods that produce special profiles. This Red Bourbon coffee is naturally processed and anaerobically fermented for 96 hours.
